Lonestar Leveling LLC is a locally owned concrete stabilization and foundation repair company based in Crosby, Texas. We proudly serve homeowners and commercial property owners throughout Crosby and the Greater Houston area with professional polyurethane injection, foundation leveling, and structural repair solutions.
Founded in 2017, our company was built after more than 12 years of direct industry experience. For years, we worked behind the scenes as subcontractors for large companies, delivering high-quality work without building our own brand recognition. We made the decision to establish Lonestar Leveling LLC so we could provide a higher-level customer experience directly to property owners — with better communication, better pricing, and better long-term results.

Before launching Lonestar Leveling LLC, we spent years mastering the craft of foundation repair, polyurethane injection, and concrete stabilization while subcontracting for major companies. That experience allowed us to refine our systems, understand common structural issues across Texas soil conditions, and see firsthand what customers appreciated — and what they didn’t.
When we launched our own brand in 2017, our goal was simple:

Owner-Led Service from Start to Finish

The owner personally visits every property to evaluate the issue and provide a written estimate. We don’t send commissioned salespeople. We don’t rush inspections. And we don’t recommend services that aren’t necessary.
Once a project is approved:
- A date is scheduled (typically within 2–3 weeks)
- A professional crew arrives on-site
- A supervisor is present throughout the project
- Half payment is collected at project start
- Remaining balance is collected upon completion
- A follow-up call ensures satisfaction
- Warranty documentation is mailed directly to the customer
Most projects are completed within 1–2 days, depending on scope.
